The New Jersey State Opera is proud to announce the latest dates in our extremely popular Operalogue series. Each Operalogue takes place at the Clifton Public Library on Piaget Avenue from 1:30pm - 3:30pm. Admission is free!

Father Alphonse Stephenson and his Orchestra of St. Peter by the Sea celebrate the works of his favorite composer, Giacomo Puccini. The show will feature the finalists of the New Jersey State Opera vocal competition. The host and narrator will be Edward Perretti, Executive Director of the New Jersey State Opera.

The New Jersey State Opera Guild held a gala concert and reception, featuring renowned pianist and NJ State Opera Artistic Diretor Albert Stanziano, accompanied by acclaimed New Jersey State Opera singers, at Van Vleck House & Gardens in Montclair, NJ on April 25, 2015.

The New Jersey State Opera Company Welcomes Albert Stanziano As New Artistic Director

The New Jersey State Opera Company is proud to introduce its new Artistic Director, Mr. Albert Stanziano.

Mr. Stanziano is a graduate of Oberlin Conservatory where has also served as an Assistant Professor. He received his Master Degree in piano performance from The Julliard School. A founding member of the Ariadne Piano Trio, he has done numerous recital programs with eminent violinists and cellists, and also toured extensively in Europe as a soloist. In addition to his duties with the New Jersey State Opera Company, he is a faculty member at the Military Academy at West Point.
