free concert in celebration of the life and legacy of Alfredo Silipigni,
commemorating his forty years as Artistic Director and Principal Conductor of the New Jersey State Opera. Featuring the New Jersey State Opera Orchestra
and Chorus with Invited Soloists and Guests. Conducted by Joseph Colaneri, member of the
conducting roster of the Metropolitan Opera and Artistic Director of the Mannes
Opera at Mannes College of Music in New York City, with Jason Tramm as
Chorus Master. Musical selections will include works by Mascagni,
Puccini and Verdi.
